Terms and Conditions
- Shipping time frames and terms – We will ship completed merchandise within 1-2 days. Custom orders can take 5-7 days.
- Return processing – If you are in any way displeased with your item, return it for a full refund. Custom item cost cannot be refunded unless the fault lies with us. We will work with you to make it right. A refund will be issued once the item has been received by us.
- Conditions of use – Please do not resell our items, digital or physical. We create all of our items originally. Our images are created by us. We work very hard to make beautiful items. For digital items-you may resell items you engrave using our images, but reselling our image files is strictly forbidden.
- Privacy disclaimers – We will never sell or share your personal information. We will protect your information as if it were our own.
- Payment terms and special fees – Payment is due upon ordering.
- Product descriptions – We try to be very transparent in product descriptions. If there is any confusion, we will be happy to clear anything up before an order is placed and answer any questions during processing and shipping/receiving.
- Intellectual property – Our digital items and images are our own. Do not resell images created by Sharks with lasers llc.
- Cancelation policies – We appreciate that issues arise. We will accept cancelation within 24 hours of order placement. For custom orders – cancellations will not be accepted once the item has begun production.
