The vacuum insulated tumbler has a double wall design which ensures good insulation.
No matter the season you are in, you can enjoy your favorite hot and cold drinks – typically keeping hot drinks hot for up to 6 hours and cold drinks cold for up to 24 hours.
Food grade 18/8 stainless steel. Double wall vacuum insulated. BPA free.
Handwashing is recommended as dishwasher may cause image to fade. Not microwave safe.
Each Tumbler holds 20 ounces.
This is a handmade item and slight imperfections are to be expected.

Shipping Policy
When will I receive My Order?
All of the items for purchase at Dudley’s Dis~N~Dats are proudly printed in the USA. That means that every order is unique and specially made for you. For this reason, we rarely have any items that are “ready to ship” and all items will take time to complete. In general, most orders are prepared and shipped before the end of the fifth business day after your order is received*.
This policy does NOT include:
orders requesting Custom Designs,
orders for more than 5 products.
*Please understand that order processing timeframes are based on general guidelines. We do our very best to produce items in a timely manner, however during certain times of the year, items may take longer. (example: order for Christmas early)
Shipping and Shipping Damages
Shipping:
Your order will ship to the shipping address provided on your submitted order form. If you find this address is incorrect, please CONTACT US immediately.
Once your order is packaged and ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and the expected delivery.
Once the order is received by the carrier, we cannot guarantee, nor be held liable for delivery to an incorrect address. At this time, we utilize USPS.
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays regardless of the level of shipping you may choose, but please CONTACT US if you are experiencing a delay.
Shipping Damages:
We require photo documentation of all shipping damages – this includes photos of the damaged packaging and damaged product.
Please CONTACT US immediately with information about shipping damages.
International Shipping:
At this time, we will only process orders for shipments to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
Cancelation, Refunds, Return and Exchange Policies
Cancelations:
Because items in your order are custom made for you, all order cancelation requests must be submitted before midnight (Eastern Time) on the day that you placed your order.
Refund Policy
Refunds:
If you are not happy with your purchase, you must CONTACT US within 10 business days after your order was received to discuss options.
Since all of our products are custom made for you, no refunds will be provided.
Returns:
Product returns will only be processed as product exchanges.
Product returns will only be approved if there is a material flaw or defect with the purchased product.
Product returns must be pre-approved in writing. You will receive an email with return authorization.
Any item that is customized, personalized or in any way modified are not eligible for return unless there is a product defect.
Returns must be received in original and unused condition with all packaging.
Please note that we may require adequate and viewable photo documentation of any defective items in order to process a return. This includes photo documentation of incorrect size or damage. We reserve the right to require photo documentation that we can see. *Refusal to provide photo documentation will result in denial of return or exchange.
Exchanges:
All approved product exchanges will be provided once your pre-approved returned product is received.
Product exchanges will be created based on all requirements from your original order.
No changes to original order will be accepted for the product exchange.
Special Notices and Limit of Liability
We cannot guarantee exact colors because your display might differ from final colors provided on our products.
We will not authorize returns based on color or size, unless the fault is ours.
We are not liable in any way for any amounts past the purchase cost of the item ordered. Your purchase of our product indicates your release of our liability of any damage either indirectly or directly associated with our product.

There are no refunds on Custom or Personalized Products. Pitures or video are required to be submitted within 3 days of tracking number showing as delivered by and item must be returned back to seller with a tracking number provided. Each seller can override the default site return policy, however our admin team will mointor and mediate where necessary.
